Probably the most important thing to be aware of when purchasing vintage items online is that these items are *not* brand-new - therefore, it is normal for there to be wear and age to the item. I do my best to describe these items accurately, but it's always good to be aware that these things are rarely perfect. I personally think it's all about the age and wear and I love knowing that these items have been around often way longer than I have!
I find these items at estate sales, auctions and from antique dealers/collectors in my area around Lawrence, KS and Kansas City, MO. If there is anything specific you'd like me to keep an eye out for, just let me know and I'll see what I can find. Thank you!
I ship within 1-3 business days, defaulting to either USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or FedEx Ground (2-5 business days), whichever is less expensive. If you have a preference, I can try to accommodate that preference. Expedited shipping is available upon inquiry. I provide tracking numbers and insurance on all shipments.
Items are eligible for return/refund/partial refund within 14 days of delivery on the cost of the item (not shipping cost) if the item has broken in transit or if the buyer can make a case that the item was misrepresented by me (inaccurate description, does not match photos, etc.). I cannot be responsible for items that have broken after arrival.
I do my best to be accurate in my listings and fair and reasonable with everyone that I deal with. If you have an issue with the item that you purchased, please get in touch with me ASAP. I love my customers to be happy!
